About  GMAT

The Graduate Management Admission Council's registered trademark is GMAT (GMAC). The Graduate Management Admission Test is abbreviated as GMAT. This computer adaptive test is intended to assess certain analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English in preparation for admission to a Graduate Management Program, such as an MBA. The GMAT is widely regarded as the best exam for MBA candidates.

According to the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), the GMAT assesses analytical writing and problem-solving abilities, as well as data sufficiency, logical and critical reasoning skills that the GMAC believes are critical to real-world business and management success. It can be taken up to five times per year, but no more than eight times in total. Test attempts must be separated by at least 16 days. GMAT scores are accepted for admission to over 7,000 programmes at 2300+ business schools worldwide.

Furthermore, scholarships can be need-based or merit-based, but there are no new rules in place for awarding a GMAT scholarship in 2021. It is dependent on each school's admission procedure, so the applicant should always check with the school directly for scholarship opportunities. There are also two types of scholarships: full and partial. A full scholarship covers the entire programme cost, whereas a partial scholarship only covers a portion of the course fee. As a result, it is recommended that you keep checking the official website of the respective B-School, College, or University in which you are interested.

Scholarships and grants are of great comfort to students who want to study abroad.
